LOGIA has as principal policy working together with the Client, giving the maximum importance to every project that we undertake.
For it, we have a personal team that elaborates, together with our client's team, a personalized logistic project identical to the needs expressed in the meetings. 
We do that from the first contact, the client helps us to understand his offers in order that together with our experience we could elaborate a manual of procedures that could do the proposed work carries out successfully.
All that rests on an IT flexible systems and with great capacity of coupling. We manage to automate the maximum possible processes to obtain the minimum information mistakes. Equally, this allows us to carry out the traceability of the sending, which consists of the web route follow-up of each and every of the expeditions that we realize from our stores. This follow-up is realized by an absolute control of the confidentiality of our clients, for what contributes a series of unique and exclusive user names and passwords for each one.
